How do I add a subscribed report pack?

Each organisation or customer has an information block on your Reporting Home page. This displays the reports, the number of times that report has been run, and when it was last viewed.

To add a report pack that you have subscribed to, choose it from the drop-down list in the organisations’ information block header, and click ‘Add’. This automatically adds the report for the customer and takes you to the report so you can begin configuring the data sources.
