Creating an account

To run Moxy Reports you need to set up an account.

First time customers

You will be taken through the steps to set up your account after clicking the Buy Now option for your chosen report in the Marketplace.


  1. Enter your name, company and contact phone number
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password. These will be your log in details for Moxy from now on
  3. Enter your credit card information and (promo code if you have one)
  4. Buy Now

You will be redirected to the welcome page. Click through the introduction or read some documentation before Getting Started.

Existing customers

To add Report Packs to your existing account simply log in before your shop the Marketplace. When you select Buy Now, your billing information will pre-populate. Fill in the remaining required fields and the Report Pack will be automatically added to your account.

Complete the adding customers and data source configuration steps for the new Report Pack, and you’re ready to go.
