Name Spaces

At the top of a new document the namespaces for XSD files are added using the following structure.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<moxydoc:document xmlns:moxydoc = "http://moxycharts.com/moxydoc"

xmlns:moxy = "http://moxycharts.com/moxy">

</moxydoc:document>
